Studies have proven that particular diets such as gluten and fast food are linked to the cause of acne, so if you’ve tried all the expensive cleansers and cream, but they still didn’t work, you might want to try changing your diet. Avoid sugary drinks, opt for regular water instead and try to eat more fruits and vegetables in case you want a healthy glowing skin with no acne at all.
